SHOCKING! MAN FIGHTS WOMAN INSIDE PLANE, PUNCHES AND NEARLY CHOKES HER TO DEATH

A man has been charged for fighting, choking and punching a woman in the plane for pulling her seat back.

According to Metro, Lawrence Wells, 54, has been accused of assault on a Southwest Airlines flight from Los Angeles to San Francisco.

The jet was forced to make an emergency landing because of the incident.

According to the charge, Wells, from Richmond in California, punched the victim several times just after the plane had taken off on October 18 leaving her with concussion.

‘The woman was saying he grabbed her neck,’ Mark Curry, a comedian who was also on the plane, told local TV station KNTV. ‘”He choked me, he choked me! He hit me in the head!”‘

According to an FBI spokeswoman said, adding: ‘Approximately 10 minutes after the flight left the ground, the captain of the aircraft declared an emergency landing and returned to Los Angeles International Airport, where law enforcement… responded to investigate the assault allegation.’
A Southwest statement stated that the ‘flight attendants swiftly coordinated with pilots on the flight deck to get the aircraft on the ground safely and quickly after a physical altercation by one passenger against another’.

It added that the pilot had no choice but to land because of the ‘rapidly escalating situation’. If found guilty, Wells could face up to 10 years in prison.
